Confidentiality reminder

Confidential Information includes any information and copies or reproductions provided by or on behalf of a disclosing party, whether written, graphic, electronic, oral, or conveyed by visual inspection, whether or not marked confidential at the time of disclosure.

The NDA definition also covers analyses, compilations, studies, notes, and other documents that contain or reflect such information. The existence and terms of the agreement are also confidential.
